The Kenyan authorities have banned a particular brand of condoms in the country after tests in Zambia showed they leak. The ‘Hot’ brand condoms, manufactured in the UK were banned after tests revealed their weakness. The government took the immediate decision because it feared stories about condoms that leak, could damage its fight against AIDS.

Five Pakistanis have been killed in an attack in Somalia’s Puntland region. Men in masks armed with weapons, entered a mosque in Galkayo and ordered six Pakistanis and one Somali outside, they said.
