KINSHASA, Democratic Republic of Congo, (AA) – DR Congo President Joseph Kabila sacked Planning and Modernization Minister Olivier Kamitatu and Special Security Adviser Pierre Lumbi for opposing his attempt to extend his stay in power after the end of his second and last term in 2016.
