Sierra Leone’s road to prosperity continues unabated, as strong indications coming out of the capital Freetown reveal incumbent president Ernest Bai Koroma has held on to the highest office of the land, and will sail through smoothly to a well deserved second-term.
History has been made once more, as democracy took center-stage in a country that has suffered tyranny for most of its recent history. The vote was peaceful and violence-free as the APC-led administration had promised.
