Latest reports emanating from the football scene reveal that Arsenal has shown great interest in their intentions of opting to sign up Celtic’s defensive midfielder Victor Mugabe Wanyama. The Gunners have pledged to sign a $15.7 million to acquire his much sought after services. Arsenal’s Coach Arsene Wenger who has had the privilege of witnessing the Celtic player strike a win for his team in the past eight days, said that they might consider signing him up by the end of the week. On the other hand, Manchester United’s boss Sir Alex Ferguson is also eyeing the promising player given the fact he has been receiving positive reports about him and his desire to join and showcase his prowess in the English Premier League.
News has it that Manchester United has compiled a dossier on the Kenyan midfielder and look forward to sending more scouts to monitor him during his forthcoming match slated on Wednesday when his team shall be facing it out against HJK Helsinki in the ongoing UEFA Champions League. In the past week, both Clubs sent their scouts to watch Wanyama in action when he was playing against Norwich City.
